RETURN POLICY

ONLINE ORDERS RETURN POLICY

Sale or discounted items are non-refundable / non-exchangeable.

We do not refund or exchange due to 'change of mind'.

We will exchange if you require a different size/fit. If the size you require is not in stock, we will issue an online store credit.

We will refund if the item purchased is faulty, provided it is not due to wear and tear, and is due to a manufacturing fault. This will be assessed and determined upon the return of the item. The item must be returned in the original packaging.

All goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sent, including all tags, stickers, show box, etc. If not, the item will be sent back to the customer.

All postage costs are to be paid by the customer. However, in the circumstance where the item is deemed faulty, you will be refunded the return postage cost. In the event of exchange, prior to receiving your new item, you will be contacted and required to pay $9.95 for postage.

The product can only be returned within a 15 day period. We are not responsible for your package whilst in transit to our head-office, please ensure it is packed securely.
